Q : Do you only provide makeup services for black women?
A : MINK London provides makeup services for women and men of every nationality.  However our makeup artists have particularly expertise in the application of makeup for black skin, an area of makeup that many professional makeup artists often struggle with. 

At MINK London we strongly believe that if you can master black skin, you’ve master all skin.

Q : How do I book a MINK London makeup artist?
A : You can quickly find and book a MINK makeup artist online, you can send us an email with your requirements or call us during our office hours. 

Q : How far in advance of can I make a booking?

A : You can make a booking as soon as you are aware of an event, and as much as 1 year from the event date. In some instances clients have booked our artists in advance of 1 year. 

Q : How and when can I cancel a booking?
A : Full payment must be made to MINK London to secure a booking, unless an alternative arrangement has been negotiated and agreed with MINK London in writing. In the event of all or part of the services being cancelled, which must be in writing, the following will apply:

• 100% of the booking fee will be refunded if a minimum of 60 days notice of a cancellation has been provided
• 50% of the booking fee will be refunded if a minimum of 30 days notice of a cancellation has been provided
• Booking fees are not refundable if a minimum of 30 days notice of the cancellation has not been provided, however the date of the appointment can be changed as required by the client.

Q : How do I extend a booking?
A : If you have booked a MINK London makeup artist and need to extend the booking in advance of the event then please notify us as soon as you can so that we can re-issue an invoice for payment in advance, pre-booked extensions will incur a charge of £55 for every additional hour. 

If you need to extend a booking on the day of the event or during the event then you will be charged an additional £100 for each additional hour and these costs will be invoiced to you after the event for immediate payment.
